Troubleshooting email confirmation issues, account registration, and activation email delivery

Confirmation email not received during registration

Solution: Check your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder in your mailbox. The registration confirmation email may have been automatically placed there by your email service. If you find it there, mark it as "Not Spam" to receive future notifications in your main inbox.

No email received when clicking the "Resend" button

Solutions:

  1. Check if the email address in your Samomes profile matches your actual email address
  2. If the addresses match, try changing the email in your profile to a different one

No email received when clicking the "Resend" button. Message appears: "Too many attempts. Please try sending the email later."

Solution: Wait a few minutes and try sending the email again.

No email received when clicking the "Resend" button. Message appears: "Network error. Try a another connection"

Solutions:

  1. Try a different internet connection
  2. Disable VPN or Firewall.
